Even though we pre-ordered, the pizza was apparently delivered to another location where our order of 10 pizzas was apparently accepted. When asked by phone, we did not apologize further, but offered that if we waited another hour and a half, we would still get our pizza. We refused, and it doesn't taste good enough.

Great food. I ordered today to deliver. Had to wait over 1std, so I called. There was only a snappy answer, why I call because I would just wait 1std.

Do not deliver pizza rolls and collect money for them, despite the minimum order value. Otherwise 3 times in zeven always okay. What nonsense is that if I order 20 pizza rolls, the value is probably high enough to get it delivered.

The service would need a friendliness training. We came from outside and asked at 9.30 pm if you could order anything else. Then I got the answer if then fast because at 21.45 clock acceptance is over. Everything went so well, but that the lady then goes back to the colleague and says that customers always come at the last minute and they can do that very well that is the last. Then it does not help if she asks nicely afterwards if the pizza should be cut and the farewell is nice. The pizza was delicious by the way. But that's no use if the service is not right
